How do I make an appointment?
Please use the contact form to make an appointment. Let me know if you prefer a Tuesday or Wednesday and which hour is best for you. If you wanna book any other day but Tuesday and Wednesday let me know the date and I see what I can do it all depends on my schedule.
IMPORTANT: For every appointment I need a deposit of 50 Euro to confirm! I only work by appointments and therefor I need to make sure every client is serious about the procedure and not holding a space which another client could have taken. I will make a reservation for your appointment for 24 hours then the deposit has to be paid to confirm the date! If no payment arrives I’ll open up the appointment again for other customers. On the day of your session you will only need to pay the remaining amount.
Can I cancel or change my appointment?
You can change your appointment up to 3 days prior your session, after that your deposit will be forfeited. Only in emergency cases I make an exception! In case of an cancelation your deposit is non refundable. If you want to make a new appointment another deposit is required.

The shop only accepts cash! Please bring the rest of the amount in cash only. Cards are not accepted! If for whatever reason you can only pay by card please inform me before hand.

REFUND POLICY
NO refunds available!! As described before I cannot guarantee a 100% result. Skin is no paper and it works and reacts in many ways. If you are not happy with the result after the touchup I might offer a little touchup to correct a few areas here and there. That is totally up to me to decide! It is very important you follow the proper aftercare! In any other cases a normal touchup has to be booked. If you don’t want another touchup then maybe I’m not the artist for you and it’s better to find another one.

GUEST POLICY
Please attend your appointment alone. If you come with someone they will have to stay in the waiting area. This is out of sanitary reasons. Thank you for understanding!
